We are excited to announce Beckford Parish’s participation in the upcoming Shenandoah County Fair from August 28 to September 2. This is an annual community event that showcases local culture, food, crafts, livestock, and more. It’s a vibrant event filled with family-friendly activities, live entertainment, thrilling rides, and delicious food.
The fair is a wonderful opportunity for us, as a church, to engage with our wider community in a joyful and meaningful way. It allows us to share God’s love and our mission with a diverse audience. In addition to enjoying the fair, we’ll be hosting a booth where we can interact with visitors, answer questions, and provide information about our church, the wider Episcopal Church, and our activities.
Our participation aligns with our ongoing efforts to support our local community and enhance our outreach initiatives. It’s a chance for us to demonstrate our commitment to service, fellowship, and spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ in a relaxed and friendly setting.
