EMMANUEL ANNUAL MEETING: REMEMBER TO REGISTER
The 2021 Annual Meeting is open to all church members to hear about the report on the last year and choose vestry members for open positions. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and find out what’s planned for the next year.
The meeting is taking place on Zoom this year. If you’d like to attend, please register by clicking the link below. As soon as your registration is complete, you’ll receive the Zoom link. Registration is open until the start of the meeting.
Emmanuel, Sunday, January 31 at 12 p.m.
If you’re new to Zoom, you can find info on how to set up an account along with tips for using it on our website.
The Annual Report will be available on our website prior to the meeting. You’ll be able to find it here. The report for St. Andrew’s is there now, in case you missed last Sunday’s meeting.
During the meeting, there may be a vote. Mother Kathy will let you know a vote is being taken and a poll will pop up on your screen. You’ll be able to select an option then click submit to enter your vote. Those who are confirmed communicants in good standing are allowed to vote; others won’t be counted.
If you would like to speak during the meeting, please click the Chat button at the bottom of your screen and type “speak” in the message box then click enter. Mother Kathy will call on people in order of the requests. When it’s your turn, you’ll see a pop-up message asking you to unmute yourself. Click on it to speak.
Should you need any help getting started on Zoom, or if you have questions, please email Mother Kathy or Melissa.
